Kontagent operates on UTC time.  Normally, dashboard metrics are updated in approximately 2 hours after the actual application activity. 

The notable exception at this point is the daily data on the "Traffic" tab, which is updated at an arbitrary time of day each day and not along day boundaries (i.e. not necessarily at midnight).  The time varies from app to app, but stays constant for each app.  For example, if your app is set to update the Traffic data at 5am UTC, that day's metric will include up to 3:59am UTC.  Please note this for the Ad (Lifetime) and Partner (Lifetime) pages.  

Using the Date filter on the non-Lifetime Traffic subpages will show that day's data along standard day boundaries (0:00 - 23:59 UTC).
