Why is Demographics data not showing?

Age and Gender information are not displaying (the location is working though.) Is there something that we need to implement to get this up and running or is there a delay?

The demographic information needs to be sent to us by your instrumentation using "cpu" messages. Please see for more details: http://developers.kontagent.com/reference/api-documentation/faceboo...
