Add day-of-week in mouseover text of relevant graphs

It would be very nice to see an abbreviation of the day of the week when
hovering over any graph with a date attached. Instead of just "2010-06-11,"
I would love to see "Fri 2010-06-11" or "2010-06-11 Fri."
