Possible Disruption due to Network Maintenance (July 2, 2010, 10:00pm-2:00am PDT)

Dear Kontagent Users, 

Please note that our Infrastructure Provider has scheduled a maintenance window to perform network upgrades this week.  As such, there MAY be occasional disruption of service during the scheduled 4-hour window, beginning Friday, July 2, 2010 at 10:00pm Pacific Daylight Time (July 3, 5:00am UTC).  
We recommend avoiding mission-critical usage of the Dashboard during that time.  Rest assured, we have redundancies in place to protect Data Collection services.  
If you experience issues after the window has ended, please check our Support page for updates (http://support.kontagent.com) and open a support ticket as necessary.
