This morning, from 9:00am to 9:30am and from 10:10am to 10:15am, we experienced an issue with the Kontagent dashboard that we traced to issues with delays in DNS responses on our servers. During this time the dashboard was either slow to respond or inaccessible. We have improved our DNS caching approach to prevent the possible recurrence of the root cause -- DNS response delays -- from further affecting dashboard performance.
Data collection was not affected by this issue. This issue was isolated to the dashboard.
