New application does not show up on My Apps page

There is a display issue with the My Apps page which delays new apps from showing up there (fix is going out soon).  The app can still be selected from the dropdown box although there wouldn't be data in that app's dashboard anyway.  
You can continue to instrument for your new app and use the Test server as well.  The Test Server page also shows you the API key for that new app.
