I'd like to include the authorization of the facebook-app in the funnel, so I can see how many people clicked on the applications-page but did not install/authorize it. The problem I'm experiencing is, that I don't have the uid avaiable before the user authorizes the app and I can't track the event without uid. Any suggestions for this problem?

Also the installation counts themseleves seem not to work, since the parameter install=1 is not sent by facebook. I found this thread:

which seems to be outdated as well, there is only the deauthorize callback option in facebook-settings left; the "post authorized" seems to be abonded.
